  • Where do you offer your mobile massage services?
    We primarily offer our mobile massage services in Austin and the surrounding areas. Austin Pflugerville Round Rock Georgetown Hutto Cedar Park West Lake Hills Mueller Liberty Hill Leander Dessau TarryTown Please note that an additional travel fee may apply depending on how far the service location is. We will always be up front with this fee when booking your appointment. If you are unsure whether we provide services to your location, please feel free to reach out to us.   • Are your massage therapists trained in specific modalities or techniques?
    At Nimbus BodyWork, we are constantly striving to expand our knowledge in different areas of specialties and techniques. Below are some frequently requested areas of specialties and techniques that we provide our customers.   • Can I request a specific massage technique or pressure level?
    At Nimbus BodyWork, we strive to personalize each massage session according to your preferences and needs. We welcome your requests for specific massage techniques or pressure levels. During the initial in-person consultation or when booking your appointment, please let us know your preferences, and our experienced therapists will do their best to accommodate your requests.
  • How do I book a massage appointment?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Mobile Payment Apps: Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, Zelle Cash: We accept cash payments for our services. Please have the exact amount ready as our therapists may not carry change.
  • Do you have a referral program?
    To take advantage of the referral program, simply ensure your friend mentions your name when booking their session. Once they have completed their appointment, you'll receive a 15% discount on your next booking with us. The referral program is ongoing, so you can continue referring others!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and plans may need to change. While we currently do not have a specific cancellation policy in place, we kindly request that you respect our therapists' time and availability. We strive to accommodate all our clients and deliver exceptional service. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible to allow us the opportunity to adjust our schedules!
  • Is there anything I should do before my therapist arrives for my appointment?
    Intake and Liability Forms: Complete the intake form! This provides your therapists with valuable information and makes them aware of any possible contraindications. Also, if this is your first appointment with us be sure to review and sign the liability form. Both of these forms can be found in the Appointment Confirmation email. Hygiene: We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining good personal hygiene as a courtesy to our therapists! Communication: Before the massage begins, we encourage you to communicate any specific concerns, preferences, or areas of focus you'd like the therapist to address during the session. Open communication helps our therapists personalize the treatment to meet your needs.
  • Do you offer gift certificates for your services?
    At the moment, we do not offer gift certificates for our services. However, we have an alternative option available for clients who wish to book on behalf of someone else. You can schedule an appointment for a friend, family member, or colleague and make the payment upfront! To book on behalf of someone else, simply contact our team, and we will guide you through the process. We can assist you in selecting the appropriate service and coordinating the appointment details.
  • What measures do you take to ensure client safety and privacy?
    At Nimbus BodyWork, we prioritize the safety and privacy of our clients. We have implemented several measures to ensure a secure and comfortable experience: Qualified and Licensed Therapists: Our massage therapists are highly qualified professionals who hold appropriate licenses and certifications. They undergo extensive training and adhere to professional standards to provide safe and effective treatments. Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality. Any personal information you provide during the intake process or consultation is treated with the utmost discretion and is only used for the purpose of providing effective and personalized treatments. Informed Consent: Before each session, our therapists will discuss your health history, any specific concerns or preferences, and obtain your informed consent for the treatment. This helps us tailor the session to your needs and ensures you are comfortable throughout the process. Safe Environment: Our therapists create a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.   • What is your policy on gratuity or tipping for the massage therapist?
    It is customary to tip around 18% to 20% of the total service cost and any gratuity provided will go directly to the therapist! Tipping is not mandatory, but it is greatly appreciated!
